TIPS FOR BUILDING YOUR OWN 3-TIER STRUCTURE

1. Starter: Strip your real offer by removing 1-2 deliverables and
   reducing revisions to 1. Should be 40-60% of Standard's price.

2. Standard: Your actual offer — what you'd happily deliver all day.
   Price it at full value.

3. Premium: Add 2-3 genuinely valuable extras (faster timeline,
   more revisions, bonus deliverable, ongoing support). Price at
   2-3x Standard.

4. Mark Standard as "Most Popular" — clients use social cues to
   reduce decision anxiety. It works even if they're the first
   person to see the proposal.

5. Include at least one line item that's in Standard and Premium
   but NOT in Starter — so upgrading feels like a clear win.
